When will I receive my order?
Order delivery varies depending on the customer's location, however, we have the following estimates:
- 2 to 5 business days for mainland Portugal and islands
- 5 to 10 business days for international shipments
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the customer's location:
- Mainland Portugal and Islands: €3.90
- International: €4.90
However, shipping is free for purchases equal to or greater than €35 for mainland Portugal and the islands, and for purchases equal to or greater than €100 for international shipments.

Can I make returns?
Caoli strives to convey authenticity and security to its customers, which is why it has a simple and clear return policy.
- We accept returns of all products, except earrings and hair accessories (for hygiene reasons);
- After receiving and analyzing the parts, a full refund or a gift card will be issued to the customer;
- It is important to note that Caoli does not return parts damaged due to improper use;
- All costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer;
- Caoli only covers all costs when the return is due to manufacturing defects;

Where are your products produced?
Our products are produced both locally in Portugal and globally. We carefully select our partners to ensure quality and durability.
How should I care for my jewelry?
All of our jewelry is made from durable, low-maintenance materials such as stainless steel, brass, and 925 sterling silver. However, care is required to preserve its beauty, shine, and durability.
Maintaining the parts is simple: store the parts individually, clean with a suitable cloth (usually the one sent with the order), in case of regular contact with water, wash with soap and dry thoroughly.
However, we have a general tip for preserving our products: avoid using them while bathing, exercising, or sleeping.
